Light Cleaning (Est. 1 – 2 Hrs)
Dusting, sweeping, a light wipe of the counters and appliances, wipe down of bathrooms - a sort of cat bath for your home. Usually a 1 month's worth of light dust, dirt, & grim.
Medium Cleaning (Est. 1 – 3 Hrs)
Thorough dusting, Sweeping, Vacuum, mopping, desensitize counter tops, clean out appliances, scrub tub and toilet. A sort of a refreshingly clean rain shower for your home. Usually 1 - 3 month's worth of dust, dirt, & grim.
Heavy cleaning (Est. 2 – 4 Hrs)
It’s the white glove treatment. It takes time but in the end your home feels like a new person with a complete makeover. Usually never been cleaned or a 4-6 month's worth of dust, dirt, & grim.
We have set the Scope of Work to only guide our cleaners and inform you to what MOM'S looks to cover in cleaning. If nothing special is requested for us to focus on we will perform our scope of work. MOM'S cleaning has developed an estimate of times to cleaning a residency on a Medium level cleaning.
Estimate of Times for Cleaning:
Dorm room cleaning 45 min to 1 hour
1 - 2 Bedrooms cleaning are 1 to 2 hours
3 - 4 Bedrooms cleaning is 1 to 3 hours
5 Bedrooms cleaning is 1 to 4 hours
All Rooms
Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards. Remove cobwebs. Vacuum carpet, Wash all floors and dry wood floor, Empty & clean ashtrays & wastebaskets.
Kitchen
Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, table and chairs. Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks. Clean and sanitize counter tops and back splashes. Clean the range top, oven, and refrigerator top and exterior. Clean microwave oven inside and out. Wash floor.
Bathrooms
Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and sanitize vanities, back splashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Wash floors and tile walls. Deodorize.
Bedrooms
Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards. Vacuum, wipe down mirrors, and make the bed/change bed sheets (if clean set is left out).
Vacuum floors, wipe down all: desks, chairs, window ceils, mirrors. Dust all : TV’s, Selves, etc. If resident has bathroom, clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and sanitize vanities, back splashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Wash floors and tile walls. Deodorize.
