Clean each customers clothing in separate washers and dryers?	Yes, we believe in individual care for our customers.	Bundle wash with others. Gross!!
Separates Whites, Lights, Darks.	Yes, ALWAYS.	I would hope so...
Hang dry delicate items upon request?	Yes.	They should!
Offers DRY CLEANING with free pick up and delivery?	Yes, most things DELIVERED with in 24 Hrs.	They do, but only on certain days...
Cleans to the specifications and directions of the customer, even if outside the scope of work?.	Yes, ask and we will do.	They are not that specific to your needs.
Satisfaction Guaranteed?	Yes, we want you to be happy ;-)	There not like MOM.
Offers specific requests if outside scope of services?	Yes.	If they answer the phone, they just may.
Provides a dedicated customer service team?	Yes, just like mom, we are here on or around campus Daily .	They have only have a few locations to drop and pick up and not on daily basis.
